Division Memorandum No. 293, S. 2025

This facility enables users to request assistance for the following:

1. Assign as School Head:

  • This is for reassigned or newly promoted school heads. Before requesting, please make sure that ALL ROLES IN LIS were REMOVED. The system does not allow assignment in EBEIS of accounts with the School Personnel Role.

2. Assign as School System Administrator:

  • This is for transferred or newly designated School System Admin (School ICT Coordinators).
  • NOTE: The School Head can also assign a school system administrator.

3. Reset Password of School Head of School System Admin:

  • This is for those who forgot their password in LIS.
  • NOTE: Password Reset can also be done at the school level by the school head or system admin.
  • ANOTHER NOTE: The temporary default password is the USERNAME.
